Flowers
Due to seasonal and local availability we cannot guarantee that the content of your delivery will always match identically what is shown on this site. In the interests of providing you with the best possible floral delivery your local florist may substitute one or more items. If there are particular flowers or colours that you would prefer to be included or even excluded, then we will do our utmost to meet your request. Please use the Delivery Instructions box on the delivery details screen.

Delivery
Please see the delivery guidelines on our delivery information page. Please ensure the correct address details are provided for the intended recipient and contact details in the event of any delivery problems. the flower shop cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incomplete or incorrect information.
Should the recipient not be home we will attempt to deliver to a neighbour or post a card through the letterbox informing them that a delivery has been attempted. Please ensure the correct address is provided for the recipient. If an attempted delivery fails (such as the wrong address specified on the order), we reserve the right to charge additional costs to re-deliver or to deduct the shipping costs/product wastage/courier return fee from any refund if the order is subsequently cancelled.
There may be delays in delivery where a third party is involved, such as delivery to hospitals, hotels, offices and ships. In case of delivery to such locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery.
Our liability for non-delivery of the products shall be limited to replacing the product within reasonable time.
All claims for Delivery Shortages or Damages must be reported to the flower shop within 3 days of the delivery date.

Orders
You will be given clear instructions in how to complete the details required on the order form. By clicking on the ÔPayÕ button on the order form, you are consenting to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and those appearing anywhere on the the flower shop website and authorises the flower shop to take payment for the item ordered.
Full payment for all items purchased through this site is required before your order can be despatched. We accept all major credit and debit cards. All checkout pages containing personal information are protected using 128-bit encryption technology from the leading secure certificate supplier, Thawte. the flower shop reserve the right not to process an order if it is believed that the credit card transaction may have been made fraudulently. Under such circumstances the customer will be contacted to obtain further information.
An email will automatically be sent confirming that your order has been received and is being processed, please check this carefully.

Complaints
At the flower shop we are fully committed to providing you with the best possible gift delivery service. the flower shop will investigate your complaint and endeavour to respond within five working days at non-seasonal times. (Christmas, Valentines Day and Mothers Day may take longer). We will keep you informed throughout the complete process and if we are satisfied that your complaint is genuine a replacement or refund will be given. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
